MY LETTER TO NANCY

Dear Madam Speaker,

I am afraid.

I am writing to you to urge your protection. I recently watched the PBS video of Bill Moyers discussing Tough Talk on Impeachment with Bruce Fein and John Nichols here: http://www.pbs.org/moyers/journal/07132007/profile.html

Fein says our congress is invertebrate and not constitutionally aware. He says we have no real leaders. I do not believe it. But Fein is correct in that American's know that Dick Cheney and George Bush are guilty of much more than treason. We must not let this administration be the undoing of such a great nation. These are dark days and I am sad that the burden of reintroducing light falls upon you. I urge you to introduce hearings for the impeachment of those criminals.

The resurrection of King George the third is sitting in our White House creating an imperial throne. Machiavelli nor the tortured soul of the Marquis de Sade could have conjured such a twisted evil villain as Vice President Dick Cheney. All of your progress on so many fronts from the House have not yielded significant fruit out of the Senate. The greatest impact you and this congress have made has been the enlightenment coming from hearings such as those in the Judiciary committees. Restoring the rule of law here is more important than any other endeavor, and a requirement to proceed on other fronts.

The contempt of Harriet Miers this week should serve to galvanize you against the insults all American's have endured these last six years.

I am afraid, I need you, my daughter needs you, America needs you. Please help us, I will stand with you.
