HILLARY SAYS A LOT OF THINGS

I heard Rachel Maddow say on the radio that Bill Clinton has accepted $800K in "speaking fees" from the government of Columbia to increase chances of a free trade pack. I had also heard that the Columbian government kills union leaders to keep slave labor wages available. So I googled "Columbia kill union leader" and many examples appeared. This is just one.
I also heard that Mark Penn recently kinda resigned over a meeting to promote the Columbia trade pack from the Clinton campaign. But her #2 guy Howard Wolfson's firm also promotes Columbia as a lobbyist.
In light of Hillary's multiple credibility question I have to wonder what she would do to union leaders in America? Her NAFTA claims turned out to be pure manipulation. Just how far is she willing to go to forget what WE THE PEOPLE means?
DECONSTRUCTING MS. CLINTON

In CBS's Saturday article Fiery Clinton Fields Tough Questions at Campaign Rally they quote Hillary on almost every paragraph. These are the quotes:
“I think this has been by and large one of the most positive and civil campaigns I have ever been a part of.”
Positive? I don't ever in my life remember one Democrat implying a Republican is better qualified or loves America more than a Republican. She clearly mis-represents the truth to hide behind her own politics which many have called Rovian.
“Elections are about choices. You are supposed to present your case and you’re supposed to critique the other case. That’s what you do in an election, it is not a coronation, it is a contest, this country is worth fighting for, and I’m going to fight for it!”
This quote has elements of truth in it. This country is worth fighting for, but carpet bombing the political landscape so the only possible victor is the Republican opponent is not what any rational Democrat would have in mind. I call that mis-leading.
“I don’t take any of it personally,” she said. “I don’t take any of it seriously. If you can’t stand the heat don’t run for president because it’s a really hot kitchen in the White House.”
She doesn't take it personally? Then why did she tear up at the cafe? Why was Samantha Powers asked to resign? Why can't Chelsea be asked about her mother's credibility? She doesn't take it seriously? Oh come on. Let's just call this a unsuccessful defense strategy based on far flung opinion but let's not call any of that quote truth.
“I wish we could believe that we could get to universal health care, that we could turn the economy around, that we could end the home foreclosure crisis merely by asking people to do it, by bringing them together, by pointing to a higher cause and expecting them to shelve their personal, ideological, personal and partisan advantages, that is not the way the world has ever worked.”
When has gathering consensus from an engaged public on important issues affecting Americans ever been unsuccessful? When has success ever been achieved while overcoming inspiration? This quote is pure nonsense. Isn't that really how good things happen on this planet? Maybe Hillary's planet works by strong arming with mandates and obfuscation but that's not the planet America exists on.
“I wouldn’t be standing here. I wouldn’t be getting up at 5 a.m. and going to bed at 2 a.m. if I didn’t believe I would be the better candidate to beat John McCain.”
Hillary, I'm sorry that you are not sleeping well. Maybe if you weren't tossing and turning all night to come up with your reality you could rest better. Don't worry about beating John so much. You would be a better candidate than John McCain, but Barack Obama will be more effective on all issues and he will be the nominee.
“I made a considered judgment, I didn’t make a speech, I made a decision and it was a decision based on my best assessment on what would be in the interest of our country at that very uncertain time.”
Time has proven your considered judgment to be ultimately grossly incompetent. Your best assessment failed the country in uncertain times and Barack Obama made his opposing judgment clear. Your statement reads like you are proud of your vote even though you have promised to end this war now. I can not recognize any use of words that do not mislead in your comment.
“When you want to compare, compare decisions so when Senator Obama came to the Senate, he and I voted exactly the same except for one vote and that happens to be the facts.”
Washington Post documents your votes differently. The Senate has held 645 roll-call votes during their shared tenure, and more than 90 percent of the time the two senators stood with other Democrats.
(snip)
But other votes reveal important differences between the Democratic rivals that distinguish them as they prepare to launch their anticipated candidacies. The areas of dispute include energy policy, congressional ethics and budget priorities, relations with Cuba, gun ownership, and whether a senator can hold a second job.
Hillary, clearly the facts are that there is more than 1 vote where you and Barack Obama differed. Is this another example of what happens when you go to bed at 2 and get up at 5? Maybe you should try going to bed earlier.
“I started criticizing the war in Iraq before he did. So, I’m well aware that his entire campaign is premised on a speech he gave in 2002 and I give him credit for making that speech. But that was not a decision.”
On March 6th 2003 you were a strong proponent of the war as is evidenced in the video above. Full video of the event is HERE. In contrast here is Barack Obama's 2002 speech.
Hillary, you clearly have a different book of facts than history. Explain yourself please. Every quote in the article appears to be a misrepresentation of truth for the purpose of misleading people. That is lying in my book. If you promise to run this country based on lies, why would anyone fighting for America vote for you?
