BORAT - MOVIE OF THE YEAR!
The Nation reviews Borat in their Dec 4th edition. They proclaim Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan "movie of the year".
"...one of the greatest comedies of the last decade and perhaps even a whole new genre of film." - Rolling Stone.
I agree.
But the best review I read? The review that proves Borat is a masterpiece:
"It was difficult to watch and you should avoid it if you are easily offended" -Neocon Express.
Pure magic!
Even DilbertBlog points to the hypocrisy (the faithful prefer athiests):
Ask a deeply religious Christian if he’d rather live next to a bearded Muslim that may or may not be plotting a terror attack, or an atheist that may or may not show him how to set up a wireless network in his house. On the scale of prejudice, atheists don’t seem so bad lately.
Now if Michael Richards (Kramer) could get a clue. That Jew! (Borat joke, not being anti-Semitic).
